I don't remember where I got all of this stuff from, so if you think you deserve some credit just let me know ;).
I nerver mention the band members, don't know why, they were/are... THE BAND! : Andy Stochansky (drums) Sara Lee (bass) Jason Mercer (bass) Julie Wolf (keys) Denny Fongheiser (drums) Daren Hahn (drums) Todd Horton (trumpet) Shane Endsley (trumpet) Hans Teuber (saxophone) Todd Sickafoose (bass) Mike Dillon (vibraphone) Allison Miller (drums) Andrew Borger (drums) am I forgetting someone?

francoapple, i'm sorry to disturb but one question. these songs that someone posted on onherown, do you have them? i've been franktically looking for them on the internet, but i cannot find them. "Ani DiFranco Wants Me," by Jay Morgans. (I LOVE this hilarious song, he even plays in the style of Ani!)
"Sometimes I Feel Like Ani DiFranco," by the ERRANTS
"Ani DiFranco the Prophet," by The Jericho Machine (they embed "Fuel" in the song)
"On the Topic of Ani DiFranco," Pete Vash (I don't like this one, he starts with "noise," I think he's trying to be avant garde or something)
"I've Been Listening to Too Much Ani DiFranco," by Rachel Shortt (This song is in the style of "Fuel" and other spoken-word songs set to music.)
"Not About Ani DiFranco" by Tony Hightower (I love this one too.)
"The Kind of Beauty That Moves (for Ani DiFranco)", The Skip Heller Trio (This is a jazz work)
That's what i thought!! I was at that show. It was my first Ani concert at a real venue. I'd only seen her at festivals during the 2 years before this. Any chance you have this whole show??
hey franco... with humble gratitude for all you share with us, i know you are adding on here piece by piece. just hoping it's not too much to put in a request that'll possibly bump it up the line- the 1998 port fairy folk fest performance :) thank you hugely in advance!
I love your site! Thank you so much for sharing all these wonderful shows. Do you happen to have anything from Ani's 10/20/06 show in Lafayette, Louisiana? She did an amazing version of "My I.Q." that night and I'm longing to hear it again....
Franco ... OMFG. thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU for posting these big band shows on your site. They're beyond incredible. I've recently moved to Alaska and have been camping for the last six weeks in my tent. The last few days the weather has been crappy, rainy, and down right depressing. These shows have lifted my spirts in a way you can't, or more likely, can imagine. You are a truly good citizen. Thx, Lisa L. Grubbs
